<Placing a reservation>

Q. Is a deposit necessary to make a reservation?
A. A deposit is not necessary. You do not have to pay anything before check-in time.

Q. May I share a bed with my child? Is there a charge for him/her?

A. Children that are 5 years and under may share the bed with you, and will not be charged. However, if your child requires their own bed, they will be charged the regular rate. Also, beds in the dormitory rooms may not be shared in any circumstance.

Q. Are there non-smoking rooms available?
A. Yes, smoking is prohibited inside of all hotel rooms.

Q. How long are bookings accepted in advance?
A. Bookings are accepted at a maximum of 6 months in advance. However, group bookings (more than 10 people) are accepted at any time.

Q. Can I leave my luggage with you before I check-in or after check-out time?
A. Yes, we can store your luggage before you check-in and after you check-out.

Q. Do you have lockers available in your hotel?
A. No we do not. However, we can store your valuable items (such as a passport, laptop, etc.) in our reception area. We also have a safety box at our front desk.

Q. Do you provide linen and towels?
A. Linen is included in all rooms. All regular rooms come with a small face towel and Yukata (a Japanese-style bathrobe/sleepwear). Dormitory rooms do not come with a towel or Yukata.
You can rent bath towels at the reception for 100 yen that may be kept until the end of your stay.

Q. Do you have rooms with private bathrooms?
A. None of our rooms have private bathrooms. There are shared shower rooms and bathrooms available on each floor.

Q. Is it possible to do my laundry?
A. We have a coin laundry room available for use in our hotel.

Q. Is there internet access available?
A. Yes, free Wifi is available in all rooms for those with laptop computers.
We also have computers in our café with internet connection that can be used at all times for free.

Q. Do you have pick-up service?
A. Yes, pick-up service to and from Narita Airport for 6 or more people is available for 3,150 yen per person. For individual travellers, we recommend using the convenient public transit system.

Q. Do you have a curfew?
A. No, we do not have a curfew. There is always a receptionist at the front which is open 24 hours. Our café on the first floor is also open 24 hours.

Q. By what time should I check-in?
A. We will hold your reservation until 9:00PM. If you plan to check in after 9:00PM, please contact us in advance to keep your reservation.

Q. Do you accept credit cards? Foreign cash?
A. We accept all major credit cards but not debit cards. As for cash, we only accept Japanese yen and cannot exchange your money at the hotel.

Q. Do I need to bring my YHA card?

A. No you do not. We are not a member of YHA.

Q. Is there breakfast included in the price?
A. Breakfast is not included, but available in our café from 5:00AM to 11:00AM for just 315 yen.

Q. Can I send my luggage or mail to the hotel before I check-in?
A. Yes, we can keep it until your arrival. We ask that you please make sure to include your check-in date and your name on any items you send, and preferably contact us in advance by email or phone. We can also deliver or receive packages on your behalf (though we cannot pay the delivery fees).
